Ronald Behrens

Ron Behrens, ALCM, ARe, CEA is a Director of Loss Control with Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB). He has several decades of experience in Loss Prevention, with a focus on Equipment Breakdown. He graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, is a Certified level 1 Infrared Thermographer, a Certified Energy Auditor, and earned the Insurance Institute’s program designations of Associate in Loss Control Management and Associate in Reinsurance. Prior to HSB, he was a Loss Control Manager with Kemper National P&C Company, and a Professional Engineer in Illinois for 20 years. He also held a National Board Certified Boiler Inspector Commission and was an Illinois Deputy Boiler Inspector. With advances in technology, come new exposures, and Cyber is one of those exposures where Loss Control can make a difference. Ron is an avid fisherman and lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. 


Paul Morris

Paul Morris manages the risk profiles of Data Centers and electronic technology for HSB. He has recently focused his attention on the impact of cyberattacks on those profiles, both from a cyber damage and physical damage point of view. Morris has been in the IT Technology business for over 43 years including a 36 year career at IBM where at one point he managed a team building and marketing secure electronic transport and payment solutions involving multiple forms of encryption. Morris has a BS in Biology and an MBA from Lehigh University.

On her own since she was a child, Van Hooser hasn’t let that stop her. She is a former city councilwoman, banker, insurance advisor, manager, wife and mother of three - all before the age of 28. These life experiences have ignited a passion for understanding leadership, generational differences, communication, and personal development success.

Harrison Brooks

Harrison Brooks joined Reagan Consulting in 2015 and is a partner of the firm. Brooks primarily works with clients on mergers & acquisitions, agency valuation and strategic consulting projects. Prior to joining Reagan, Brooks spent two years at the private equity firm, Carousel Capital, acquiring business and consumer services companies. He was responsible for leading valuation exercises and executing due diligence processes. He also worked closely with management teams on strategic planning and value creation initiatives. Brooks began his career in investment banking with Edgeview Partners (now Piper Jaffray). During his tenure in mergers and acquisitions, he completed numerous buy and sell side transactions.Harrison is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Business Administration degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School.  He currently maintains the Series 63, 79, and 82 FINRA Registrations through Reagan Securities, Inc., the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Reagan Consulting, Inc.
